这是第一次在cnblog上发布项目进度通报，打算尝试把这里作为SocialBrain.org的项目的另一个宣传和沟通的地方，也替将来更多的项目做个尝试。
以下是目前项目进展汇报：
- 项目在开始以后，在这两个月左右进度较慢；
- 目前完成翻译的有三个章节，非常感谢翻译者Waiyip，Suwei，乔治，Hufey，Rita，和Danny付出的努力；
- 取消必须两人以上才能开始翻译一篇章节的限制，改为任何项目成员可以自由选择单人或者团体合作进行某一章节的翻译；
近期主要目标是整个团队能够共同安排出一个合理和实际的计划，并按照计划完成项目。我在43things.com上的个人计划中加上了完成这个项目的目标，欢迎加入 :-)
另外，我按照Free Culture的翻译项目的图标，也做了一个We The Media项目的图标，暂时使用，抛砖引玉，期待有更好的设计 :-)

Thanks for the kind words. In fact, I have been in hibernation mode on this project for quite long time :-p
I think LinJia[1] is also interested in translating chapter 8, why not contact her and you two can join effort and start working on the chapter right away :-)
Are you already in the project's google group[2]? Forgive me if I forget :-(
Regarding translating some words(terminology, proper words) and phrases, there is a "名词列表" page[3] which lists all the words/phrases the team members for which think needs to gather consensus. You can add new words/phrases there, and we shall settle them one by one and all.

I've begun in translating the chapter8: Next Steps and welcome others would join in it with me.
By the way, can us keep the word "weblog" or other similar words not be translated into Chinese? Because I have no idea on how to translate it into an exact Chinese word. Anyone's comments about that are welcome.
